SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we are now offering worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and availability will be shown at checkout.

VDX Distro is not liable for shipments once they leave our facility and responsibility falls solely with the shipping carrier.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

CANCELED ORDERS

Once you place your order it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Return Policy

Unless VDX Distro has made a mistake with your order, there are no returns, refunds, credits, exchanges or trade-ins.

We understand that taste is subjective and if a flavor doesn't fit your palette, please allow it to steep an additional few days to a week.

DEVICES / HARDWARE: VDX Distro does not accept returns, exchanges or trade-ins for any and all but not limited to devices/hardware, opened or unopened including mods, tanks, coils, and (closed device/high nic devices) including any and all accessory products.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE HARDWARE (DOA)

Consumable Hardware: Atomizers, cartomizers, and cartridges are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If a product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email: mailto: help.themamasan@gmail.com

Any return or exchange requests must be made within 48 HOURS of order delivery confirmation. VDX Distro reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
